From a country home on the outskirts of Sirolo, in 1946 the Fabiani family moves in the center of the town to manage an old Inn where, for decades, wayfarers who needed respite along the road, refreshments and care for their horses found refuge.
In the 50s, the first tourists start to arrive to the Riviera and nonna Emma, nonno Silvio e babbo Vittorio welcome them with their simple and genuine hospitality.
Isabella, grown up between the stove cookers and the smell of clean linen of the rooms, after completing her studies, chooses to carry on with passion the family business and becomes chef. She manages the Locanda Rocco in Sirolo for 20 years and, with love and professionalism, cooks traditional dishes, revised with new techniques, for her guests.

THE TURNING POINT… A NEW LIFE
Leaving behind the cookers, in 2000 she takes over a farm house with the intention of making it her new home. However, the building was in poor condition and the recovery costs were high. Isabella then decides, with her two children, to turn it into a country house.
