CHARACTERISTIC BAY AND CHRYSTAL CLEAR SEA AT THE FOOT OF MONTE CONERO

Proceeding down the coast from  Ancona, Monte Conero interrupts the linearity and  suddenly, the landscape changes radically. Inserts and little bays appear at the foot of the impervious Monte Conero. Sirolo has the  best beaches by far on the Riviera del Conero.

URBANI

Below the historical town centre of Sirolo, shaped  like a half-moon and hidden in between the rocks and a cave, the famous “Grotta Urbani” ( “Urban Cave”). You can reach this beach on foot, by bus or by car. It is fully equipped with beach umbrellas, sun loungers  and restaurants.

LAVI

A stretch of smooth, white rocks which have fallen down the mountain and settled on the beach.A solitary spot where you can sunbathe and dive into the chrystal clear water.

THE TWO SISTERS

This is one of the most beautiful  landmarks on the Adriatic.  The name refers to the two very similar rocks that emerge from the sea, not far from the shore. Its beauty is thanks to the colour of the sea and the multi coloured pebbles on the beach here that make it all look so much wilder. It can be reached on foot down a very difficult footpath or by boat from Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo. 

SASSI NERI AND SAN MICHELE

These two beaches are located side by side separated only by a stretch of cliffy coastline. San Michele is a beautiful, wide and airy beach. The view of the cliffs overlooking the sea is spectacular.  It is equipped with umbrellas and refreshment points. Accessible on foot or by shuttle  bus  organized by the owner of the beach "da Silvio" with whom we have an agreement for the  shuttle service from our resort to the beach.
